Explanation about our Forum
Database Advisors main question and answer format is via our Email lists. However, there are a few times
when the forum format is another solution, such as for the the Back End Updater (BEU).
The BEU Support forums have been discontinued (or temporarily disabled, there are plans to put plans it back on the site sometime in the future). If you have a support question for the BEU, please e-mail BEU-Support@databaseadvisors.com and you question will be sent to the developers.
When you log on to the Forum for the first time, please click on Register, and fill out the information. The minimum information required are Username, Email address, and Password. We do suggest that you use your real name for your username, as it helps with forum conversations.
Once you have Registered, and are back at the main Forums page, you should "Scribe to Boards". By doing this, you will be notified when someone posts a reply. You are not required to do this, but if you don't, you will have to check the forum often to see if there has been a reply to your post.
