Jim DeMarco is the Director of Product Development for Hudson Health Plan, where he leads a team of developers who create and maintain tracking and reporting systems that provide the health plan's Enrollment, Member Services, Clinical, Marketing, and Financial departments with data services from desktop to web-based applications. Currently, the team is using Visual Basic 6.0, ASP, Access 97, and are planning an upgrade to 2K2 and SQL Server 2000.
